In collaboration with Lead Royal, 02.20 Group worked diligently on this design and rendering of the building’s exterior, ensuring that it would stand out as a visually striking presence while harmonizing with the surrounding environment. While preserving the overall floor plan, the team made strategic alterations to enhance the design and optimize space utilization within the building.

The exterior of the building was meticulously crafted to merge architectural elegance with modern elements, resulting in a captivating and sophisticated structure. The design aimed to create an aesthetically pleasing and functional space that would meet the specific requirements of

the project. By carefully selecting materials known for their durability and sustainability, the team ensured that the building’s exterior not only exuded elegance but also maintained a long-lasting quality.

One of the key considerations in the design process was the integration of natural light throughout the building. To achieve this, the team strategically incorporated large windows and glass panels into the exterior, allowing ample daylight to penetrate the interior spaces. This deliberate approach not only created a bright and inviting atmosphere but also contributed to the building’s energy efficiency and the well-being of its occupants.

By optimizing space utilization and carefully arranging the layout, functionality and accessibility of the structure were aimed.
